ZC-400型透明膜三維包裝機(jī)，是我公司在引進(jìn)意大利技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上，根據(jù)國內(nèi)包裝材料的特點(diǎn)精心設(shè)制造的， 該機(jī)為全自動(dòng)包裝機(jī)，采用PLC和伺服電機(jī)控制技術(shù)，用BOPP和PVC膜將單盒或數(shù)小盒被包裝物自動(dòng)輸送堆疊，裹膜，成型，封口，成一中包。
The machine absorbs the Italy technology and designed on the base of packing macterial. It is full automatic. It adopts advanced PLC and servo motor control, The machine is the best substitute of bundled boxes for small box, with the combination of mechanism, electricity and pneumatics, it can also pack large size single boxes, which could do packing separately for different sizes of box, and compose for complete automatic production line by connecting with cartoning machine, box encasing machine, the main components are constituted of machine frame, mechanical transmission system, electric control system, pneumatic system, box overlapping, accurate film feeding, film folding, wrapping and heat-sealing etc, the wrapping style could be flow packing or vertical packing according to customer's requirements, it could make sure the packing appearance is nice, smooth, damp-proof, fake-proof and dismantle easily.

5. 當(dāng)出現(xiàn)無透明膜，缺盒或被包裝物不到位時(shí)，系統(tǒng)將自動(dòng)停機(jī)。
It will stop when there is no cellophane, carton or the products is not in the correct site.
6. 操作簡單，可更具用戶需求采用不同的包裝形式，尺寸可在包裝范圍內(nèi)任意調(diào)節(jié)；
